Items bought online can be returned within seven days of receipt of purchase. Sale items will be eligible for store credit (valid for 3 months).

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued on faulty items or on postal sale items where a customer hasn't had the opportunity to try an item on in the shop. An item may be returned for a refund if it is within 7 days from the date that you received it. Please confirm in an email that the item is being sent back and also include the reason why. Please use a signed for service and note that the item is your responsibility until it has been delivered back to us.

Items need to be received back in the same condition that they were sold. When trying items on at home, please take care incase of transferring deodorant marks or snagging jewellery on delicate fabrics.
